What data we process

If you fill in the contact form, we process your name, your park or organisation, your email address and your message. We use this data solely to respond to your request.

Website statistics

We measure website visits with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly tool that sets no cookies and collects no personal data. See also our cookie statement.

Data from our services

In projects on your park we process operational data (such as hours, surveys and dashboards) only for your operation. That data remains the property of your organisation. Where needed we sign a data processing agreement.

Retention

We keep requests no longer than needed to handle and follow up on them, and delete them afterwards.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver, such as our email and hosting provider, and only as far as necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Email info@brightleisure.nl and we'll arrange it. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
